ONCE INFORMATION IS RECEIVED A REPRESENTATIVE FROM LID WILL BE CONTACTING YOU TO OBTAIN YOUR SSN. LID REQUIRES A SOFT CREDIT CHECK FOR ANYONE WHO WILL BE ON ACCOUNT TO DETERMINE IF A DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRANSFER SERVICES.

  • A $30 Application Fee will be billed to your first statement. 

  • Any required deposits must be paid prior to service establishment. 

  • You will receive a call if a deposit is required.

YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.  PLEASE EMAIL THE ADDITIONAL REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.  PHOTO ID OR DL FOR EACH LEGAL OWNER AND TENANT LISTED ON THE LEASE IS REQUIRED.  WE WILL CONTACT YOU BY PHONE FOR ADDITIONAL CREDIT INFORMATION.

IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND/OR A DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ESTABLISHING SERVICE YOU WILL BE CONTACTED VIA PHONE OR EMAIL.  ALL DOCUMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HRS OF SUBMISSION TO PREVENT SERVICE INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE
